Cara menghapus akun MPWR

1. Kontak layanan konsumen dari MPWR lewat email ke support@mpwr.id, kirim pesan ke media sosial (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram), telepon ke call center 185, atau datang ke alamat kantor cabang Indosat Ooredoo di kota anda.
2. Ajukan permohonan pembatalan akun dan pemusnahan data-datanya.
3. Jelaskan alasan anda.
4. Lakukan proses validasi identitas.
5. Ikuti arahan dari petugasnya hingga tuntas.
