Apa itu CounterSide?
CounterSide adalah game mobile RPG dengan sistem gacha untuk mengkoleksi karakter (Counter) dan membangun tim untuk pertarungannya.
Saat ini ada 2 versi internasionalnya, yakni Counter:Side oleh Zlong Games untuk region Asia Tenggara dan Counterside oleh Studiobside untuk Global.
Alternatifnya adalah Idle Huntress, Artery Gear, Blue Archive, dan Azur Lane.
Apakah akun CounterSide bisa dihapus?
Akun CounterSide dan data pribadi penggunanya dapat dihapus. Saat ini hanya bisa lewat pusat bantuan.

- Alasan penutupan akun CounterSide
Cara menghapus akun CounterSide
- Buat pesan surel baru ditujukan ke customer service Counter:Side SEA di zl_en@zlongame.com atau Counterside Global ke help_cs@studiobside.com.
- Untuk subjek bisa menggunakan contoh “Request for Counterside data erasure” atau “Please delete my Counter:Side account” dan sebagainya.
- Tambahkan informasi mengenai pemilik akun sesuai persyaratan untuk diperiksa.
- Kirimkan.
- Anda akan dihubungi kembali untuk konfirmasi.
- Jika tidak ada masalah maka permintaan akan diterima dan segera diproses.
Seluruh komunikasi akan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Manfaatkan Google atau Microsoft Translator jika kesulitan.
