Your Rights

If you request in writing, we will provide you a copy of your personal data in an electronic format after passing our review process. As a result of deleting your HoYoverse Account, you will lose access to COGNOSPHERE Services, including the HoYoverse Account, subscriptions and game-related information linked to the HoYoverse Account and the possibility to access other services through HoYoverse Account.

4) Right to Object

When our processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and/or Section 2c) of this Privacy Policy or any other applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence, you have the right to object to our processing. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling and prevailing legitimate grounds of processing as described in Article 21 of the GDPR or any other applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence; in particular, if the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You also have the right to lodge a complaint at a supervisory authority.

5) Right to Restrict the Processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR or any other applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

6) Right to Personal Data Portability

Cara menghapus akun HoYoverse

1. Luncurkan aplikasi browser andalan anda.
2. Pergi ke situs web HoYoverse.com.
3. Login ke akun yang akan dibatalkan.
4. Lanjutkan ke menu Account Security Settings. Bisa diakses langsung melalui link ini.
5. Klik tombol Requesting Account Deletion.
6. Akan tampil notifikasi peringatan yang menjelaskan efek dari aksi ini.
7. Klik Next.
8. Lakukan verifikasi identitas pemilik akun.
9. Konfirmasi dengan memilih OK.

Cara menutup akun HoYoverse lewat email

1. Kirimkan email ke customer service HoYoverse di privacy@hoyoverse.com.
2. Seluruh komunikasi akan menggunakan bahasa Inggris, jika kesulitan bisa memanfaatkan Google Translate.
3. Pada subjek bisa diisi dengan “Please close my mihoyo acccount” atau “Request for account deletion” dan sebagainya.
4. Sertakan informasi mengenai akun yang dimaksud sesuai persyaratan.
5. Upload screenshot dari profil akunnya.
6. Kirimkan suratnya dan nantikan tanggapannya.
7. Anda akan mendapatkan pesan konfirmasi. Jika tidak ada masalah maka akan segera diproses, apabila ada data yang kurang maka akan diminta untuk verifikasi.
8. Ikuti arahannya sampai selesai.
