Please provide a screenshot of your Viu user ID to prove that you are the owner/user of the Viu account, then select “Contact Us” to request to delete your Viu membership account.

Cara menghapus akun VIU

1. Silahkan kirim surel ke customer service VIU lewat alamat help.viu@vuclip.com.
2. Tuliskan judul seperti Penghapusan akun VIU Indonesia atau Permohonan hapus data pribadi, dan sebagainya.
3. Jelaskan dalam pesan bahwa ingin membatalkan akun dan alasannya apa.
4. Tambahkan informasi mengenai akun yang dimaksud sesuai persyaratan.
5. Upload screenshot gambar profil akunnya sebagai pelengkap.
6. Kirim dan tunggu balasannya.
7. Permintaan anda akan diverifikasi data-datanya, dan akan dihubungi kembali sebagai konfirmasi.
8. Ikuti arahannya sampai selesai.
