Apa itu NetEase?
NetEase adalah pengembang dan penerbit game di internasional, namun juga merupakan raksasa teknologi digital di negara asalnya Tiongkok yang memiliki layanan email dan streaming musik.
Beberapa game yang dikenal umum: LifeAfter, Identity V, Knives Out, Rules of Survival, Onmyoji Arena, dan masih banyak lagi.
Alternatifnya adalah Nexon, Yostar, Garena, Cygames, dan Hypergryph.

Cara menghapus akun NetEase
- Kirimkan pesan surel kepada gamegdpr@global.netease.com.
- Tuliskan judul seperti “Request for NetEase account deletion” atau “Please erase my NetEase data” dan semacamnya.
- Isi pesan dengan penjelasan tujuan anda dan alasan kenapa ingin membatalkan akunnya.
- Sertakan informasi data akun yang dimaksud sesuai persyaratan.
- Lampirkan attachment berupa gambar profil akunnya dalam game sebagai pelengkap. Ini tidak wajib.
- Kirim dan tunggu balasannya.
- Setelahnya akan mendapatkan notifikasi bahwa permintaan diterima. Jika tidak bisa langsung diproses ada kemungkinan NetEase tidak bisa memverifikasi data pemilik akun dan menanyakan detail lebih jauh.
- Ikuti instruksinya sampai selesai.
Seluruh komunikasi akan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Gunakan Google/Bing Translate jika kesulitan.
