Apakah akun Neural Cloud bisa dihapus?
Akun Neural Cloud dan data pribadi penggunanya dapat dihapus. Tapi masih belum bisa dilakukan secara mandiri lewat aplikasi.

Cara menghapus akun Neural Cloud
- Luncurkan gim Neural Cloud di ponsel.
- Login ke akun yang akan dibatalkan.
- Tap ikon profil (👤) di sudut kanan atas.
- Ketuk tombol Delete account.
- Konfirmasi penghapusan akun Sunborn anda.
Cara membatalkan akun Neural Cloud lewat email
- Buka aplikasi email anda.
- Isi tujuan ke customer service Sunborn Games di alamat surel NCENsupport@sunborngame.com.
- Judul bisa mengadaptasi “Request for Neural Cloud data erasure” atau “Please delete my Neural Cloud account” dan sebagainya.
- Tulis permohonan pembatalan akun dan pemusnahan datanya.
- Sertakan alasan kenapa ingin melakukan ini.
- Tambahkan informasi akun yang dimaksud untuk diverifikasi.
- Kirimkan.
- Anda akan dikontak kembali untuk konfirmasi.
- Ikuti arahannya hingga tuntas.
Seluruh komunikasi akan menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Bila kesulitan bisa memanfaatkan Google atau Microsoft Translator.
Metode ini sangat tidak sesuai bagi anda yang ingin melakukan reroll, sebaiknya pakai salted email saja.
