Apa itu OpenResa?
OpenResa adalah layanan manajemen keanggotaan klub olahraga dan booking lapangan untuk bermain. Anggota dapat dengan mudah mengecek ketersediaan lokasi dan jadwal, bila sesuai maka bisa melakukan pemesanan langsung dan membayar.
Alternatif dari OpenResa adalah Laparaga, FIT HUB, Playo, dan Playtomic.
Apakah akun OpenResa bisa dihapus?
Akun OpenResa dan data pribadi penggunanya dapat dihapus.

Deleting the account and all data
Netatoo stores your data as an intermediary between you and the club. Each club is responsible for its own database and therefore, if for any reason you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so by contacting the club in which you have that account. The club administrators, after ensuring that this is legally permissible, may then permanently delete your account and all associated data. To contact the club, go to its login page and click on the “Contact” menu.If the club does not respond to your account deletion request within 7 days, please contact us at support@ballejaune.com. Our team will contact the club and we will advise according to the response provided by the club.
You accept the possibility that all or part of your account information may not be deleted if Netatoo or the club demonstrate that it is legally necessary to retain it (e.g. for compliance with a legal obligation or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the controller).
You agree that your account information will continue to exist in our backup files for a maximum period of 90 days after your account is deleted.
Please note that some data such as your reservations will not be deleted from the club’s database, these data will be “anonymized” so that it is no longer possible to make the link between you and the reservations. This can be useful to the club so as not to alter its statistical data.

Cara menghapus akun OpenResa
- Luncurkan aplikasi email yang terdaftar di OpenResa.
- Alamat surel tujuan adalah support@ballejaune.com.
- Tuliskan permohonan pembatalan akun dan pemusnahan seluruh datanya secara permanen. Gunakan bahasa Inggris.
- Beri penjelasan dan alasan kenapa ingin melakukannya.
- Sertakan informasi mengenai akun yang dimaksud.
- Kirimkan.
- Permintaan anda akan dibalas dengan verifikasi identitas pemohon.
- Ikuti prosedurnya hingga selesai.
Sangat dianjurkan sebelum menggunakan metode bantuan platform diatas untuk menghubungi administrator klub anda dahulu untuk menghapus akun dan data penggunanya.
