Bagaimana caranya menghapus akun tellows?

Apa itu tellows?

tellows adalah aplikasi panggilan telepon dan identifikasi nomor yang tidak dikenal. Lewat layanan ini pengguna dapat mengenali siapa yang berusaha menghubungi kita.

Ini bisa membantu mencegah penipuan atau gangguan telemarketing asuransi dan kredit misalnya.

Alternatifnya adalah Getcontact, Whoscall, Truecaller, dan Hiya.

Apakah akun tellows bisa dihapus?

Berdasarkan kebijakan privasinya, maka akun dan data pribadi tellows dapat dihapus.

Right to Erasure

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

• the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
• the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based according to point a of Art. 6 s. 1, or point a of Art. 9 s. 2, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
• the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 s. 1 and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 s. 2;
• the personal data has been unlawfully processed;
• the personal data has to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
• the personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information services referred to in Art. 8 s. 1.

Where the controller has made the personal data public and is obliged to erase the personal data, the controller, taking account of available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform controllers which are processing the personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy, or replication of, those personal data.

Sayangnya untuk penghapusan akun maupun nomor telepon pada tellows belum bisa dilakukan secara mandiri baik lewat aplikasi dan webnya. Tidak ada opsi untuk ini.

Sehingga menurut kami privasi pengguna termasuk kurang bagus dibandingkan aplikasi sejenis lainnya. Apalagi setiap informasi mengenai nomor seluler tersebut bisa dilihat umum lewat situs ataupun Google.

Cara menghapus akun tellows

1. Kirimkan email ditujukan ke petugas pemrosesan data pribadi tellows di datenschutz@tellows.de.
2. Judul bisa menggunakan contoh “Request for tellows data erasure” atau “Please delete my tellows account” dan sebagainya.
3. Sertakan informasi mengenai akun atau nomor handphone yang dimaksud.
4. Opsional, upload screenshot halaman nomor atau akun anda sebagai attachment.
5. Kirim dan tunggu balasannya.
6. Nanti anda akan mendapatkan tanggapan bahwa permintaan diterima, akan segera diproses setelah diverifikasi kepemilikan akunnya.
7. Ikuti arahannya sampai selesai.

Anda bisa menggunakan metode ini untuk menghapus data nomor ponsel anda yang ditampilkan publik juga.

Seluruh komunikasi akan memakai bahasa Inggris, jika kesulitan bisa memanfaatkan Google atau Bing Translate.
